Cet appareil de cuisson polyvalent possède une plaque mixte de dimensions L.600 x P.510 , mi-lisse, mi-rainurée. Cette plaque à snacker professionnelle MBM vous est présentée en 2 versions: avec le plan de cuisson en acier poli ou bien en chrome dur.

Grâce à cette plancha professionnelle mixte puissante et efficace, vous pourrez facilement cuire et saisir tous types d’aliments sur l’une ou l’autre surface de cuisson.

Le système de chauffe de la plaque de cuisson est réalisé par résistances blindées dont la puissance totale est de 7,5 kW. Les thermostats de régulation indépendants situés en façade vous permettront de réguler la température de chauffe de chaque zone manuellement.
