Description

Réactive et polyvalente, cette plancha grill MBM gaz est adaptée à la cuisson et au marquage des viandes et poissons grâce à sa surface rainurée à haute conductivité thermique permettant une diffusion homogène de la chaleur.

La température de chauffe est atteinte rapidement à l’aide de son brûleur gaz en acier inoxydable ultra puissant de 5,1 kW pour la 40 cm et de 10,2kW pour la 60 cm

La mise en marche est assurée par piezzo mécanique à étincelle. Son robinet thermostatique permet un réglage précis de la température et est piloté par une veilleuse et un système de sécurité par thermocouple.

La plaque rainurée gaz MBM est légèrement inclinée pour faciliter l’évacuation des jus de cuissons et des graisses dans le bac de récupération.
